Delivery

When will my order be delivered?

Overall, we deliver within 2 business days after payment at the delivery address specified by you. If your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a confirmation of shipment. Unfortunately we can not guarantee an exact date or time when a package is delivered, it is in the hands of the package delivery PostNL.

It may occasionally prevent the product you ordered to be specially made, or is no longer in stock. In that case, it may take 2 to 3 weeks before we can deliver it at your home. We'll let you know by email and ask if you agree with this

How much costs are calculated?

For orders with a value of less than 35.00 euro we charge 7.50 euros. These appear during the ordering process clear picture so you know what to expect from the total amount.

What is the status of my order?

We work with PostNL and you can follow shipment from the moment the package leaves our warehouse.

If your order is shipped, you will receive an email.

If Postnl fail to deliver the package to you or your neighbors, then the packet is automatically stored for three weeks at the nearest Post Office or service. Obviously you get be notified so you can pick up your package at the time that suits you.

Another delivery address

Can I deliver an order to a different address?

Yes, that's possible. When you order the listing will indicate that you want it delivered to another address. This example can also be your work address, if that comes out better for you.

 What happens if I am not at home during the delivery?

If PostNL fail to deliver the package at your home, it is handed to one of your neighbors. If that is not possible, then it will be offered again the next day. If that does not deliver your order to you or your neighbors, then the packet is automatically stored for three weeks at the nearest Post Office or service. Obviously you get be notified so you can pick up your package at the time that suits you.

Can I pick up my order?

Obviously, Pillow Online is the online shop of Waardenburg Living & Sleep- over 45 years in bedding and duvets. We are located on the Molenstraat 5, 2712 XG in Zoetermeer.

You can specify in the order process that you want to pick up your order in our shop.

We ensure that you get an email when your order is ready.

Our office hours are:

Sunday and Monday: closed

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:30 hour 18:00

Friday: 9: 30- 21:00

Saturday: 9: 30- 16:30

Abroad

Can I order if I live outside the Netherlands?
Yes, that's possible. Also, if you live abroad, you can order from us, for this we work with multiple packet senders and will sort out the most cost per place.

We already have packages delivered to Belgium, Germany, Portugal, USA, Danmark, Germany, France, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, England, Latvia and Canada, some of those countries are standard in the system are giving you an instant shipping see
